Terms and Conditions Salem Rose Cleaning Services LLC offers residential and commercial cleaning services, which may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other household and commercial cleaning tasks as requested and agreed upon.
Appointments and Access
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure pets and ensure the environment is safe for our team. If our cleaning team is unable to access the property or is turned away at the scheduled time, this may also result in a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities
Please ensure that valuable or fragile items are safely stored prior to our arrival. Clients are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any special instructions. The area to be cleaned should be free of excessive clutter to allow for effective cleaning.
Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
We provide our own cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your supplies, please notify us in advance as you will need to complete a waiver. We are not liable for any damage caused by client-supplied products.
Rates and Payments
Services are billed at the agreed rate (hourly or flat fee). Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur a fee of 15% per week.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of $ 25. If our cleaning team is unable to access the property or is turned away at the scheduled time, this may also result in a cancellation fee.

Damages and Liability
Our team is trained and careful, but if something is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. We carry general liability insurance for accidental damage. We are not responsible for damage due to poor surface condition, improper installation, or pre-existing issues.
Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous or unsanitary. Services do not include mold removal, pest/insect removal, or the cleaning of bodily fluids or biohazards.
Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information and property details are kept strictly confidential. Our staff are trained to respect your privacy and space at all times.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to: repeated cancellations, inappropriate behavior, unsafe working conditions, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Policy Updates
Salem Rose Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in writing or via email.
